Upgrade Policy

KoolMoves

• For internet purchases after January 13, 2014, upgrades are free until at least Jan 2017. Upgrades are free through versions 9.x and 10.x.
• For internet purchases after January 02, 2011, upgrades are free until at least Oct 2015. Upgrades are free through versions 8.x and 9.x.

KoolShow

• For internet purchases, upgrades are free until at least June 2016. Upgrades are free through versions 1.x and 2.x.

KoolWizard

• For internet purchases, upgrades are free until at least June 2016.

To Upgrade

• After purchase, the software can be kept current using Help > Update Software. If you previously purchased an old version and want to upgrade, email us at support@koolmoves.com.
