Adobe Flash, or Flash format?

Flash is listed as one of the allowed programs. Does this mean that Adobe Flash has to be used, or can the submission be in Flash (.swf) format produced with another program (eg MotionArtist)? Thanks,

Unfortunately we can only accept swf format submissions that were created with Adobe Flash (for a more detailed explanation, please see the post at
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=5#p14).
